Chief Adama Bernard, an Abuja based business tycoon has advised Nigerians on the need for unity and peaceful co-existence.
Bernard said this in Masaka, Karu local government of Nasarawa State when giving his daughter Elizabeth out for marriage to the family of Agama Opiori of Adiko Ito, Obi local government area of Benue State over the weekend.
“Its actually a thing of great joy that my daughter is about leaving to her husband’s house and I appreciate the unity amidst my family and the Agama’s family as much as both children to which the relationship is coming from.
“How pleasant will it be if Nigerians can embrace unity irrespective of the cultural diversities, religious differences and even land or boundary disputes. Nigerians should see our being together in the country as the plan of God to make us who he wants us to be amidst all these endowments”.
At the receiving edge, the Agama’s family appreciated the Bernard family for letting them have the flower they saw in their house and promised to take proper care of her at all course.
The groom Mr. Agama Agbo Joseph thanked every one who made it to the ceremony just as he promised to be a good ambassador of the family.
