Hon. Asawa gave the directive today during a prompt visit to the scene of the incidence where it was reported that the youngest sibling of Ordue Akume, the deceased, had allegedly reported to the youths that his goat was missing.

In the process of investigation, they decided to consult an oracle and according to them, the dibia revealed to them that it was the deceased that stole the goat.

The late accused however denied the the allegation levelled against him but in a bid to ensure that he admitted and return the said goat, the suspects persisted with all forms of torture despite pleas by neighbours/ passers by to halt the torture.
