Lagos suspends re-opening of churches, mosques

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos state on Monday stopped the reopening of Churches and Mosques in the state, following the rising cases of Covid-19.

The governor made the announcement while fielding questions from journalists at the states house.

He said the decision was informed by increase in index cases in Lagos.

According to him, there was also every need to adhere to the advise offered by the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)
