The Hon. Minister of State for Agriculture and Rural Development, Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri, received the Kwara State Governor-Elect, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, who was on a working visit to seek the support of the Ministry as he is planning to build a Kwara that works for all.
