According to the United Nations Education Fund, UNICEF, there are over 13 million out of school children in Nigeria.
The figure which no doubt posses both economic and security challenges to the nation is being tackled through various policies and intervention of government, international development partners and others.
In a bid to consolidate on the successes already recorded,two Non Governmental Organizations,Flexisaf Foundation and Nigeria Muslim Forum UK are working on an initiative aimed at identifying and enrolling out of school children into quality schools.
The highpoint of the ceremony was signing of a memorandum of understanding for implementation of the five year project across the country.
