Alhaji Mohammed Shakur Yunusa, the Hasken Failat,Tijaniya leader in Kogi state has bagged Dekina Meritorious Award.
The award was confered on the spiritual leader in recognition of his Selfless, committed and communal services rendered to the community over the years.
This will also spur him to do more for the continuous developement of Dekina Community and by extension Dekina local government,Kogi state and Nigeria at large.
Alhaji Shakur is known for attracting various developement to the town which included social services, economic empowerment,skill development, capacity building and charity.
He has also provided employment opportunities to the teeming youths from the area, particularly in the Federal Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
The award was presented to him by the Dekina Progressive Union in a special ceremony.
