George Floyd get another burial as roots are allegedly traced to Imo state of Nigeria

Humble Okoro, an Imo state based pastor has reportedly conducted another funeral service for George Floyd in Mbaise area of the state.

Media reports accessed by News Headquarter indicate that Pastor Humble Okoro said he traced the ancestral root of “George Obinna Floyd” to Umuoffor kindred in Obokwu Obibi in Aboh Mbaise, Imo State.

Images which emerged from the funeral service for the late Floyd show cross section of mourners dressed in black, weeping and praying for his departed soul to rest in peace.

It could be recalled that George Floyd, a 46-year-old black American man, was brutally killed in Minneapolis, Minnesota,in May, 2020, by police officers during an arrest for allegedly using a counterfeit bill.

It is not immediately clear to this medium how the clergyman came to the conclusion that George Floyd has ancestral roots in IMO state.

The four Minneapolis police officers involved in his killing has since been dismissed and currently facing charges for murder.
