Borno govt appreciates Humanitarian Affairs Minister over condolence visit on state

Women Affairs Commissioner in Borno State, Zuwaira Gambo says the Humanitarian gesture of Hajiya Sadiya Umar- Farouq trascends mere imagination, but genuie determination for a better life for ordinary Nigerians.

She disclosed this in Maiduguri while representing the state Governor, Professor Babagana Zulum during a condolence visit of the Minister and her team to the people of Borno State, over the killings of 43 rice farmers in the state.

Hajiya Zuwaira Gambo who was visibly elated says the people of Borno State are happy with her style of leadership,while the entire state hold her in high esteem for identifying with them at this moment of grief and difficult period.

She thanked the Minister on behalf of the state Governor, Government and people on her promptness and decisions,inspite of her tight schedules,praising the Minister and her team for a job well done.

Hajiya Zuwaira Gambo says the people of Borno and the youths will remain supportive of the federal government programs and policies under the new Minister and Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, while wishing them a safe trip back to their destination.
