Governor Samuel Ortom and his Deputy, Engineer Benson Abounu this afternoon visited the family of late Commissioner for Health and Human Services, Dr. Emmanuel Saleh Ikwulono in Makurdi.

Governor Ortom described the sudden death of the health commissioner as painful, saying within the short period they had worked together, the deceased had not been found wanting in anyway.

The Governor and his entourage among whom were the state chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Sir John Ngbede, commissioners and Special Adviser as well as Principal Special Assistant, prayed for the peaceful repose of Dr. Ikwulono’s soul and for God to raise devine helpers for his family.

The remains of late Dr. Emmanuel Ikwulono will be committed to mother earth at Obagaji, Agatu Local Government Area on Friday, 4th December, 2020.
