The Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen Tukur Buratai has commissioned the remodelled Army Headquarters Garrison Office Complex at the Mogadishu Cantonment in Abuja.
Lt Gen Tukur Buratai who was at the facility also known as Abacha barracks to commission the project used the occassion to commend President Muhammadu Buhari for providing the resources and the support for Nigerian Army to advance its cause in defending the territorial integrity of the country.
On his part, the commander of AHQ Garrison, Maj Gen James Myam said the effort is part of his many commitment since assumption of duty to give a new face to the cantonment.
The event brought together top men and women from the Nigerian Armed Forces and some the principal staff officers at the army headquarters.
