ACCI in jubilation as Barr. Agada is named Layer3 Board Chairman

The Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) is celebrating the appointment of its Council Member, Barr. (Dr) Agada Elachi as the Acting Board Chairman for Layer3.

He previously served as the Founding and Managing Partner.

The appointment is for 6-months in the company which is a network solutions provider with operations across Nigeria.

In a message, the Chamber’s Vice President in charge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as well as Digital Economy, Prof. Adesoji Adesugba said the appointment is well deserved.

According to Prof. Adesugba, Dr. Elachi has demonstrated time without number that he is a dynamic manager of human and financial resources which have accounted for the success story of Layer3.

Prof. Adesugba who wished Dr. Elachi more years of meritorious service to the company further said, within a record time, he brought the company limelight.

“Dr. Agada is someone we are all proud of and he is ever willing to serve brilliantly whenever he is called upon. Indeed this will be an addition to several of Dr. Agada’s successful positions that I know of which includes former Vice President Media at the ACCI, where he is currently serving as a Council Member; Board Member of the Dispute Resolution Centre of the ACCI; Member of the BEST Centre Faculty Board; and the Chairman of the NACCIMA ADR Committee. Congratulations my brother.

“I have no doubt in my mind that you will again have a successful tenure”, Prof. Adesugba maintained.

In his congratulatory message, the Second Deputy President of the Chamber, Chief Barr. Emeka Obegolu said, the appointment is coming at the right time when a new direction arising from the need to challenges posed by Covid-19 pandemic.

“Dr. Elachi will deploy his wealth of experience and expertise in leading the board of Layer 3 through the challenging period of Covid 19. We wish him success”, Chief Obegolu stated.
